If your meter has not been provisioned by your utility, then it will not connect to your device.  To get your meter provisioned, please contact your Utility and provide them with your Utility account number, home address, and the MAC and IN numbers on the label of your EAGLE-200.


If your meter is already provisioned with your device information, then make sure to move your device closer to the meter.  Make sure that there is a clear path for radio waves to reach the meter, and is not completely blocked by brick, concrete, metal (including stucco wire).  A window near the device will make sure that the signal can get out to the meter.
